It's great for potlucks, meal prep, dinner parties, and busy weeknights. Plus you may convince some lentil haters that they're actually delicious with this recipe!

We use this to make our ranch snack mix, toss over potatoes or roasted veggies, or mix up with a little milk to make a quick ranch dressing.

We like a little spicy kick from chipotle pepper powder, but that's totally optional.

Fresh summer fruit from the farmers market doesn't Fresh summer fruit from the farmers market doesn't need a ton of prep or additional ingredients to make it taste amazing.

We threw together heirloom tomatoes, peaches, and basil, plus some pantry staples, and creamy burrata cheese. It's really simple to make and tastes so good, especially on a hot summer day. Pair it with ice cold lemonade or a crisp white wine and you've got a pretty perfect afternoon.

Here's what we used:
- Large yellow (or any other variety) heirloom tomato, cut into wedges
- 1 large peach, sliced
- Handful of fresh basil leaves
- 1 burrata ball, broken into pieces
- Drizzle of olive oil
- Drizzle of balsamic glaze (ours was a peach balsamic glaze)
- Sprinkle of flaky salt

Would you make this?

Add the burgers to French fries (cooked from frozen)

Top with American cheese (classic In-N-Out), the spoon over the caramelized onions
