Immersion blender (or a regular blender would work too)
Ingredients
¼cupreduced sodium soy sauce
2tbspwater
2tbsptoasted sesame oil
¼cupneutral oil, such as grapeseed
1 ½tbspbrown sugar
1tbspwhite vinegar
1tbspspicy brown mustard
2tbspsesame seeds
Instructions
To make the dressing, place all the ingredients except sesame seeds into a high-sided container. Using an immersion blender, blend the ingredients until emulsified.
Taste for seasoning. If needed, add a small pinch of salt. Stir in the sesame seeds and pour dressing over salads or use in marinades for chicken, tofu, pork, or your protein of choice.
