Blitz the freeze dried strawberries in a food processor until they resemble a fine powder. Optional: strain the powdered berries through a fine mesh sieve to remove the seeds.
1.2 oz freeze dried strawberries
Whip the cream cheese, sour cream, powdered sugar, and heavy whipping cream together with a stand mixer or electric beater until soft and fully combined.
8 oz cream cheese, ¼ cup sour cream, ¼ cup heavy whipping cream, ½ cup powdered sugar
Mix in the vanilla extract and powdered strawberries, then fold in the fresh strawberries.
