Lucky Shamrock Shake

This Lucky Shamrock Shake has vanilla ice cream, Lucky Charms cereal, fresh mint, and crème de menthe! It’s creamy, minty, and so delicious!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Lucky Charms cereal, cereal pieces and marshmallows
  • ½ cup milk
  • ¼ cup crème de menthe, or can use milk + food coloring for non-alcoholic version
  • 10 fresh mint leaves
  • 3 cups vanilla ice cream, about 6 large scoops
  • Whipped cream, for topping
  • Lucky Charms marshmallows, for topping

Instructions

  • Blend cereal in a food processor until it’s a fine powder. Mix with milk until it resembles oatmeal.
    1 cup Lucky Charms cereal, ½ cup milk
  • Add cereal mixture to a blender. Add crème de menthe, then fresh mint, and ice cream.
    ¼ cup crème de menthe, 10 fresh mint leaves, 3 cups vanilla ice cream
  • Blend until smooth but still thick.
  • Pour into glass and top with whipped cream and marshmallows.
