Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground turkey 93% lean
  • ¼ onion grated
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tbsp mayo
  • ¼ cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 tsp salt
  • Cracked black pepper couple turns
  • 1 tbsp oil for cooking

Instructions

  • Mix up the ground turkey with the onions, mayo, Worcestershire, breadcrumbs and salt and pepper until fully combined. Be careful not to overmix too much or the burgers might get a little tough.
1 pound ground turkey, ¼ onion, 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce, 1 tbsp mayo, ¼ cup breadcrumbs, 1 tsp salt, Cracked black pepper
  • Form the turkey mixture into 4 round patties.
    1 tbsp oil
  • Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a large frying pan set over medium heat.
  • Place the patties in the pan and cook them for 5 to 7 minutes. Flip them over and cook for another 5 to 7 minutes on the second side. The burgers are done when the juices run clear and they measure 165°F with an instant read thermometer. Note: If you’re adding cheese, place some on top of each patty about 2 to 3 minutes before they’re done cooking on the second side.
  • Assemble the burgers. Spread your favorite condiments on each bun, then add the burger patties and the rest of your toppings.
