Ingredients

  • cup sour cream
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup milk
  • tsp sugar
  • 1 ½ tbsp lemon juice
  • ½ cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 2 tbsp diced fresh chives
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh dill
  • ½ tsp sea salt, (or more, depending on preference)
  • ½ tsp cracked black pepper

Instructions

  • Add the ranch ingredients to a high-sided container.
⅔ cup sour cream, ½ cup mayonnaise, ¼ cup milk, ⅛ tsp sugar, 1 ½ tbsp lemon juice, ½ cup chopped fresh parsley, 2 tbsp diced fresh chives, 2 tbsp chopped fresh dill, ½ tsp sea salt, ½ tsp cracked black pepper
  • Using an immersion blender, blend up the dressing until it’s smooth. You could use a countertop or personal blender or a food processor (the latter won't blend it up as well, though).
  • Serve as a dip with fresh vegetables, chips, or wings, or toss it with lettuce and your favorite salad ingredients for a fresh and delicious meal option.
