We like to fill ours with eggs, bacon, cheese, and hashbrown patties. Dunk them in guacamole, sour cream, and your favorite salsa for a super delicious way to start the day.

It's full of fresh ingredients, pre-cooked lentils (so easy), and an amazing dressing. We've been making it for a long time and have shared it with a lot of people. It's great for potlucks, meal prep, dinner parties, and busy weeknights. Plus you may convince some lentil haters that they're actually delicious with this recipe!

We use this to make our ranch snack mix, toss over potatoes or roasted veggies, or mix up with a little milk to make a quick ranch dressing. 

We like a little spicy kick from chipotle pepper powder, but that's totally optional.
