These chocolate strawberry dessert quesadillas are crispy on the outside, melty on the inside, and ready in under 20 minutes.

We load them with Nutella, strawberries, and marshmallows for gooey deliciousness. On the outside we coat them with cinnamon sugar and toast it in a pan until they're crisp and golden.

The key to making these? Don't cook them on high heat. Cook on medium for a crisp, caramelized sugar crust, keeping the cinnamon sugar from burning.That’s it! Nothing fancy. Just really good.
